    In this session we introduce NICE DCV, AWS's high-performance remote
  streaming protocol, as an alternative to VNC for remote desktop sessions 
 within Open OnDemand. We'll go over what this technology brings compared t
 o more traditional solutions, touching on aspects such as graphics perform
 ance, network behavior, and user experience, among other factors relevant 
 when choosing one option over another.From there, we'll look at how NICE D
 CV integrates with Open OnDemand, covering its architecture and the key el
 ements to keep in mind during deployment and configuration, both on the we
 b node and on the compute nodes. We'll close with some thoughts on the sce
 narios where this integration can bring the most value to an HPC cluster.
